All orders are shipped from our store in Bengaluru, India using Shiprocket, Bluedart, etc. When you review your order in the checkout, you will see the total shipping amount for the items that you have selected.

ORDER & DELIVERY
As soon you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are dispatched on all weekdays (Monday to Friday) from our store in Bengaluru, India within 3-5 working days. As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number which you can use to track your order on the website of the relevant courier company.

Orders will need to be signed for, so please choose a delivery address where someone will be in to receive it. You must provide a full address, including any special instructions, as we will not be responsible if the shipment goes missing due to the wrong address. If an incomplete address or phone number is provided, we will email you to ask for the full address/phone number. We are unable to schedule deliveries without a valid address and phone number, so if we do not get a reply after 2 attempts to reach you, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount.

Deliveries will take place between Monday-Friday, and will be attempted 3 times before they are returned to us. There will be additional fees for further shipping attempts, or for any change of address after the delivery has been scheduled and you have received your tracking number. Please allow 5-7 working days from dispatch for your goods to arrive, though in practice they usually arrive within 3 working days.
