REFUND POLICY

  • We do not accept product returns, however, exchanges are available for items with manufacturing defects
  • To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging and needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. All tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping labels (pasted on the packet), invoice, etc. must be all returned intact. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts will not be eligible for refund or replacement. We reserve the right to refuse any returns/exchanges that do not match these criteria.
  • Please raise a Exchange Request within 7 days of delivery with a good quality picture of the received product clearly depicting the issue (in case of damage/ defect) along with your order details to info@designdept.in  We will check its eligibility and will get back to you. Once your exchange request has been accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick-up and initiate the replacement process after we have received the product.
    For the online purchase shipping fee is not refundable and for the return order, Return shipping fee will be charged which is also not refundable.
  • Any product that has been hampered or damaged while transportation MUST be notified by email within 48 hours of the product being delivered, else DesignDept. will not be liable to accept the product.
  • Please be aware that custom-made objects, including handles and knobs, cannot be returned or refunded.
  • No refunds would be given if the customer has provided the wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
